Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out how you may and may not use the SkuVitals app ("the App") and any data it exports. It supplements our Terms of Service(/legal/terms-of-service).

You agree not to

• Use the App or its exported data in violation of any applicable law or of Shopify's terms and policies.
• Attempt to access another merchant's store or data, or to circumvent the App's per-store isolation, rate limits, authentication, or plan limits.
• Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure, or interfere with other merchants' use of it.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by the Terms.
• Misuse exported data — for example, using it to contact, profile, or target individuals unlawfully. (Exports contain product and inventory data, not customer personal data.)

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy, consistent with our Terms of Service(/legal/terms-of-service). Where practicable we will give you notice of a suspension or termination and the reason for it; if you believe a decision was made in error, you may contact us at the address below to request a review.
