This notice explains SkuVitals's use of cookies and similar technologies.

The embedded app

SkuVitals runs embedded inside your Shopify admin and authenticates each request with Shopify session tokens, not cookies. The App does not set advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present while you use the App are set by Shopify's admin, governed by Shopify's own policies.

Strictly-necessary cookies may be used by the underlying framework to keep a request session working; these are essential to the App's operation, are limited to what is required to process your request, and set no tracking or advertising identifiers.

Our marketing website

Our public marketing website — the pages outside the Shopify admin (landing, features, pricing, FAQ, and these legal pages) — uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. It loads only after you accept the cookie-consent banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

When accepted, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically _ga and _ga_<id>) to distinguish visitors and measure aggregate site usage. It does not receive your Shopify store data or your customers' data.

To opt out: choose "Decline" on the banner, clear the skuvitals_analytics_consent cookie to be asked again, block cookies in your browser, or install Google's browser opt-out add-on.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Shopify admin (and therefore the embedded App) from working.
