Billing, plans, and limits
SkuVitals is a paid app with a free trial. Billing runs entirely through Shopify's Billing API — charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice, and SkuVitals never sees your card details.
The plans
There are three tiers, differing by how large a catalog they cover, how often you can scan, how much export history is kept, and which advanced features are included:
| Plan | Best for | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Smaller catalogs | Core inventory-health analysis and CSV exports |
| Growth | Growing stores | Larger variant limit, more frequent scans, more export history, plus the dead-stock dashboard, bulk tagging, and clearance groups |
| Pro | High-volume stores | The largest variant limit and the full feature set |
The current prices, variant limits, scan frequency, and export-history numbers are always shown on the Plans page inside the app — that page is the source of truth, so this article doesn't repeat numbers that could change.
Free trial
New stores get a free trial when they first subscribe (the length is shown before you confirm). The trial is offered once per store — switching plans later doesn't start a new trial, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Variant limit
Each plan covers up to a certain number of variants. If your catalog grows beyond your plan's limit, SkuVitals keeps your existing analysis readable — you can still view your dashboards and reports — but actions that write to your store (bulk tagging, clearance groups) are paused until you upgrade or come back under the limit.
Changing or cancelling
Change plans any time from the Plans page; you'll confirm the change on Shopify's secure checkout. To cancel, uninstall the app from your Shopify admin — see Uninstall & data handling.
